Saint Peter’s to highlight breast reconstruction with contest to decorate the ‘best’ bra

NEW BRUNSWICK, N.J. – Saint Peter’s Healthcare System will mark National Breast Reconstruction Day from 3 to 5 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 28, with its second annual bra decorating contest. Competitors are asked to bring their decorated bras to The Breast Center at Saint Peter’s by Friday, Oct. 23. Representatives of The Saint Peter’s Breast Center will also present “Breast Reconstruction: What’s New” and hold a question and answer session on the topic “Breast Imaging and Breast Density.” All bras submitted for the contest will be on display the day of the event and for the remainder of October, which is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Contestants must be present to win. The public is invited to participate.
