Employee Recognition Program
STARs is our formal employee rewards and recognition program administered by Workhuman. STARs reinforces our company values, fosters high performance through recognition, and enables real-time appreciation. STARs allows for peer to peer recognition and manager to employee recognition for service, teamwork, achievement, and reliability.
Through STARs, employees can earn points that they can redeem through the STARs rewards store such as electronics, appliances, gift cards, and much more.
Monthly Awards
Employees can be nominated for a variety of monthly awards such as Employee of the Month Award, Sweet Success Award, Daisy Award, Physician of the Month Award, and many more!
Annual Awards
To recognize service milestones, Saint Peter’s hosts an annual service awards celebration in honor of employees reaching certain service milestones. Employees with a service milestone at one year, and five year increments thereafter, will also be recognized through the STARs program.
