Vacation
Employees scheduled to work a minimum of 40 hours per pay period are eligible to accrue vacation time. The amount of eligible vacation time each year is based on position classification and length of service.

Sick
Saint Peter’s provides eligible employees with up to 96 hours of sick time per year based upon hours worked and employee status.
Employees should refer to the Sick Leave and the New Jersey Paid Sick Leave Act polices for more detailed information.
Holiday
Employees scheduled to work a minimum of 40 hours per pay period are eligible to accrue holiday hours. The calendar holidays are:
- New Year's Day
- Good Friday
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day

Leave of Absence
Saint Peter’s offers eligible employees a Leave of Absence (LOA) provided all criteria are met in accordance with our Leave of Absence policy, including those of any applicable federal and state laws. Please refer to the Leave of Absence policy for more detailed information.
