The Moving On from Cancer with a Rehabilitative Exercise Program was created by a breast cancer survivor for breast cancer survivors. This group therapeutic exercise program is designed to address the physical limitations breast cancer survivors feel after chemotherapy, radiation, and/or surgical procedures.
MovingOn exercises can help:
- Correct your posture
- Alleviate muscle and joint pain
- Improve your energy level
- Relieve tightness in the chest area
- Increase your strength and range of motion
