For New Graduate Nurses
For new graduate nurses or for those nurses who have not yet worked in an acute care setting, we offer a Nurse Residency to provide these individuals with the training and experience needed to meet success as a Saint Peter’s RN. You will orient full-time (three 12-hour shifts) on a nursing unit for 6 - 8 weeks or longer depending on the unit. You will be slated into an RN position which you will embark on at the end of the orientation if you demonstrate safe and efficient patient care and the ability to handle a patient care assignment. To apply, please click the Search Jobs link, select Nursing, and look for the New Graduate RN posting.
“What makes Saint Peter's stand out is feeling the compassion and caring the moment you walk through the doors. It's in the culture, it's in the staff, and I'm proud to be a part of it.”
